1. Introduction

The Invite a Friend Program (“Program”) is designed to reward existing players (“Referring Players”) for inviting new players (“Referred Players”) to join our online casino. By participating in the Program, both Referring Players and Referred Players agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Invite a Friend Process

3.1 Referring Players can generate unique referral codes and links through their dashboard.

3.2 Referral codes and links can be shared through various channels, including social media, email, and messaging apps. There is an option to copy and share these codes and links.

3.3 Referred Players must enter the referral code during the registration process or use the referral link to automatically apply the code.

4. Reward System

4.1 Invite a friend and receive $325 MXN when they make their first deposit of at least $250 MXN.

4.2 Referring Players can track their referred players, including the Referred Player’s email, deposit date, and reward status (pending or completed) in the dashboard.

5. Security and Integrity

5.1 The system ensures secure code generation and integration within the registration process.

5.2 Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the referral system will result in disqualification from the Program and potential account suspension.

6. Notifications

6.1 Referring Players will receive notifications about reward distribution.

6.2 Notifications will be sent via email or through the online casino’s messaging system.

7. General Conditions

7.1 The Program is subject to change or termination at any time at the discretion of the online casino. Any changes will be communicated to players through appropriate channels.

7.2 All decisions made by the online casino regarding the Program are final and binding.

7.3 Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The online casino is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to lost, delayed, or misdirected entries due to computer, network, or software failures.

8.2 The online casino reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of violating these Terms and Conditions or engaging in fraudulent activities.

9. Bonus Terms and Conditions

9.1 The bonus must be wagered in full. If only a portion of the bonus is used, the remaining amount will be forfeited.

9.2 Winnings: Winnings obtained using bonus money are limited to 3 times the initial bonus amount.

9.3 Wagering Requirements: The wagering requirement to withdraw winnings is 12x the bonus amount. This requirement must be met within 30 days, otherwise, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will expire.

9.4 Game Contribution to Wagering Requirements: For fair gameplay, not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Bets placed on most games will contribute 100% towards meeting the requirement, up to a maximum of $100 per bet, with the following exceptions:

• Bets on live table games contribute 5%, up to a maximum of $100 per bet.
• Bets on Progressive Jackpot games contribute 5%, up to a maximum of $100 per bet.
• Bets on table games contribute 20%, up to a maximum of $100 per bet.
• In Roulette games, spins will contribute 20% towards the wagering requirement if less than 75% of the table is covered. If more than 75% of the table is covered, those bets will contribute 0% towards the wagering requirement.

9.5 Players with pending withdrawals in their account will not receive additional bonuses.
